I want to thank ETC for the newly designed website. ETC has really implemented the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Rule with their design. What do I mean? The previous design was hard to navigate, not very intuitive, and had just to many categories running down the left side of the Homepage. Now, the website search categories correlate with the major assemblies (barrel, upper, BCG, lower, etc.) of a weapon. If your in the process of building an AR-15 and you need a part you can go right to the specific assembly the part is in and find the component or part you need. Before you had to find the "Mil-Spec" parts and then navigate to the part very quickly. I told Jan the pictures are looking great as well and far more of the parts have pictures than when I first started buying from ETC in Feb 13. One thing ETC hasn't changed and that's its Customer Service. And, that's a good thing. I have always found the Customer Service personnel, like Jan, to be most helpful and great representatives for their company. So I salute ETC for the outstanding changes its made to the website and for continuing the focus on the customer with a first rate Customer Service. Semper Fidelis, Rod
