How do I return an item?

Elite Tactical Components, www.elitetacticalcomponents.com offers a 30 (thirty) day return, refund or exchange policy. In the event you have a return, refund or exchange, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days from date of purchase. An RMA number will be issued to you by an Elite Tactical Components support team member.

All returns must include the following:
  1. Original receipt and invoice
  2. Billing address
  3. Shipping address
  4. Contact phone number
  5. Email address
  6. Order number
  7. RMA number
  8. Accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were shipped with the product
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. In the event that the return is due to an error on Elite Tactical's part, we will send you a pre-paid return mailing label.

Please note that returns can take up to two weeks and a 15% restocking fee can apply. Restocking fees may be waived if customer chooses another product. (The customer is responsible for purchasing the correct product or part. If the customer has chosen the incorrect product or part, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping. If Elite Tactical sent a different product or part than what was on the order, then it is Elite Tactical's responsibility for return shipping.)

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Custom configured products
Special orders
Items sold "Blem", “Used” or As-Is”
Items that have been used
Items that have been damaged while attempting to install
Products where the original packaging has been damaged.

Shipping fees (shipping costs, handling fees and/or charges) are non-refundable.

Once a product is used please contact the manufacturer directly for product defects.

*NOTE: When sending a return, www.elitetacticalcomponents.com recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to www.elitetacticalcomponents.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that USPS First Class Mail does not offer tracking capabilities on all packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
